Terms of Service

Convo gives businesses an AI assisted WhatsApp inbox, orders and payments, inventory across branches, suppliers and raw materials, notifications and a website builder. Features depend on your plan and may change as we improve the product. We will tell you in advance about changes that remove something you pay for.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by team members you invite.

Tell us straight away at support@zudox.online if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

New businesses get a 14 day free trial. No card is needed. When the trial ends, AI replies and adding new items stop until you choose a plan. Your data stays in place.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles the order, invoicing, taxes and payment collection. Paddle's buyer terms apply to those purchases. You can also pay by bank transfer, in which case the plan starts once we confirm the payment.

Each plan includes a monthly number of AI replies and limits on team members, branches and products, as shown on the pricing page. Usage resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC). If a card payment fails, you keep access for a short grace period while it is retried.

You can cancel at any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed after that. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Convo connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform run by Meta. You must follow the WhatsApp Business Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's Commerce Policy. That includes only messaging people who have contacted you or agreed to hear from you, and not selling anything those policies prohibit. Meta may suspend a number that breaks its rules, and we cannot reverse that.

The AI answers customers using the products, stock, prices and knowledge you give it. It can make mistakes. You are responsible for keeping that information correct, for reviewing conversations and orders, and for the promises made to your customers in your name. You can turn AI replies off, or hand a chat to a person, at any time.

You own your business data: products, orders, conversations, files and website content. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Convo for you. For your customers' personal data you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, as described in our privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to share it with us.

• No spam, scams, or illegal, hateful or adult content.
• No selling of goods or services that are illegal where you or your customers are.
• No attempts to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the service.
• No reselling of Convo without our written agreement.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users at risk, or remains unpaid, and will give notice where we reasonably can. You can close your account at any time by following the steps on delete your account.

We work hard to keep Convo available and accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app or by email before important changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Colombo have jurisdiction, unless your local law says otherwise.
